Mattress Sample Service – Terms and Conditions

  1. The mattress sample is provided for trial purposes only and remains the property of Matprro Mattresses.

  2. The sample must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Our authorized executive will visit the registered address to pick up the sample after 2 days.

  4. The customer must ensure that the sample is available for pickup in proper condition.

  5. If the sample is not returned, refused for pickup, or is missing/damaged beyond normal use, a sample charge of ₹2,000 will be applicable.

  6. In case of non-payment of the applicable charges or non-return of the sample, Matprro reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for recovery of the sample value and related expenses.

  7. By booking the Matprro Sample Service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
